HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?Most couples secure their date 6–12 months ahead of time, especially during popular seasons. If your wedding is coming up sooner, don’t panic. I would love to check on my availability still for you.
HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?
Alex Ann Photography typically delivers an average of 75–100 thoughtfully edited images per hour of active coverage. While this number isn’t guaranteed as quality always comes first, our team tends to capture generously throughout the day. Your final images will be delivered in a private online gallery, making it easy to view, download, share, and print your photos with ease.
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR GALLERY?
You can expect your full gallery within 6–8 weeks, along with a sneak peek within 24–48 hours to enjoy while you wait.
DO WE NEED A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
If depends on your day. For larger weddings or timelines that include multiple things happening at once (i.e. family photos following the ceremony and cocktail hour) two photographers allows for coverage of both events simultaneously. I’m always happy to recommend what makes the most sense for your plans.
HOW DO WE OFFICIALLY RESERVE OUR DATE?
Once you’re ready, Ill send over a link where you can select your coverage and any add-ons you’d like. From there, your date is officially reserved once your contract is signed and retainer is paid. Add-ons can always be adjusted later. The most important step is securing your date!
