When will we receive our photos?Your proof gallery will be sent to you within 1-2 weeks (before Christmas). At that time you will select your 4 favorites to be made available for download or you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade to purchase additional photos.
What if we need to reschedule?Due to the high demand of these sessions, your session is unable to be cancelled once booked. You are allowed to gift or sell your slot to another family if you are no longer able to attend. Missed appointments, late arrivals that prevent the session from taking place, or no-shows are considered cancellations and are not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
How many people can be included?For families with more than 4 children, please book two back to back slots to ensure each child has ample time with Santa.
We received our photos back from our family session and we were absolutely blow away!! Looking through each shot made us laugh, cry and smile incredibly wide.
