When will we receive our photos?Your proof gallery will be sent to you within 2-3 weeks. At that time you will select your 10 favorites to be made available for download or you’ll have the opportunity to upgrade to purchase additional photos.
What if we need to reschedule?Your retainer is non-refundable and reserves your specific time slot. If you or an immediate family member become ill, you may reschedule your session one time to another available mini session date during the current season, subject to availability. Requests to reschedule must be made before your scheduled session time. If no mini session dates remain, your retainer may be applied toward a future full portrait session at regular pricing. Missed appointments, late arrivals that prevent the session from taking place, or no-shows are considered cancellations and are not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
How many people can be included?Due to the size of the studio space, 5 people or less are allowed in the November studio spaces. 6-8 people can be accommodated in the Ralph Lauren Christmas set up. For larger groups, an outdoor session is recommended.
We received our photos back from our family session and we were absolutely blow away!! Looking through each shot made us laugh, cry and smile incredibly wide.
